~ Carded wool colours (white/black/red) & wool locks (white) 
~ North-American Made High-Density Foam Surface (2"x3") or Wool Mat
~ 2 Felting Needles (38 gauge)
- Thread to make it into an ornament 

A project like this is recommended for ages 10 and up (younger children would need more adult assistance).
